Jasmine cottage is a B listed building in the pretty conservation village of Kilconquhar and dates from the late eighteenth century.

The cottage comprises sitting room with wood burning stove and French Doors to enclosed garden, ground floor bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, family bathroom with additional over-bath shower, and kitchen open plan to dining room.

Parking for one car can be found at the front of the property.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom connected to a further twin bedroom, and a snug area with daybed, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements.  For families, stair gates can be provided at the top and bottom of the stairs on request.

The enclosed sunny garden features a small summerhouse and seating area.

Kilconquhar is a conservation village featuring many historic buildings and it's own loch and nature reserve.  It is around two miles from the coastal village of Elie with it's long sandy beach, and close to both the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk, and St Andrews.  The award winning Kinneuchar Inn is a five minute stroll from the property.

Although a car is useful for exploring the area, Kilconquhar is also served by the bus linking the coastal villages and St Andrews.  The tidal swimming pools at Pittenweem and Cellardyke are a short drive away.  Edinburgh and Dundee are both easy to reach for day trips.  It's rural location make it an idea base for a walking, cycling or golfing trip or just a relaxing peaceful break.
